Full Job Description Duties:

• Operate a forklift to move, stack, and retrieve materials within a warehouse or distribution center
• Safely load and unload trucks using a forklift or other equipment
• Follow proper procedures for picking orders and ensuring accuracy
• Perform routine maintenance on forklifts and other equipment as needed
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, including OSHA standards

Skills:

• Proficient in operating a forklift and other warehouse equipment
• Strong knowledge of basic math for inventory management
• Experience working in a warehouse or distribution center environment
• Familiarity with order picking procedures and inventory control systems
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to forklift operation

Additional skills such as experience with clamp trucks or previous experience as a warehouse supervisor may be preferred or required depending on the specific job requirements.
