Monday - Friday, 7am to 3pm (Ability to work OT as needed) ProRecruiters is seeking a Forklift Operator to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

Perform safety-sensitive tasks while identifying, correcting, and improving human and food safety risks. Operate multiple types of forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, rotator, slip-sheeter, grabber) safely and efficiently. Report any safety violations, hazards, or near misses promptly. Complete all required assessments, testing, and comply with company policies and procedures. Work effectively in environments with potential allergen exposure and perform tasks requiring depth perception and color recognition. Follow and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), including proper protective equipment and hygiene standards. Use warehouse management systems and tools, including AS400, to manage scheduling and appointments. Generate and analyze reports (Hold, Trash, Pending, Schedule Ship, Shelf Life) to support operations. Manage inventory processes, including FIFO staging, cycle counts, pallet tracking, and resolving missing or misplaced inventory. Understand warehouse operations such as loading patterns, weight distribution, racking systems, transportation security, and safely work on elevated surfaces. Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

Valid food handler's card from the Tulsa Health Department (Must have or be willing to obtain). Must wear steel-toed boots. Ability to work in extreme temperatures (-10 Freezer). Understand warehouse guidelines for food safety and sanitation. Demonstrated problem-solving ability. Must have a proven safety record in past work history.
