Experienced Forklift Operators and Night Shift Lead Operator

We are looking for experience Forklift Operators Sit-Down, Stand-Up and Reach Truck for 1st and 2nd Shift, Nightshift Warehouse Supervisor and Customer Service Representative to work inside the office. Pay will depend on experience. Must be able to pass a Drug Screen & Background Check. Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Forklift, Night Supervisor, and Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic logistics team. Responsibilities Supervise night warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and materials handling to ensure timely and accurate processing of goods Operate forklifts safely for heavy lifting, inventory movement, and materials handling in compliance with OSHA standards Manage inventory control through effective use of warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to maintain accurate stock levels Oversee warehouse distribution activities, optimizing processes for efficiency and implementing continuous process improvements Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff and CSR associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing environment Coordinate with 3PL providers and logistics partners to ensure seamless shipping & receiving operations within the supply chain Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, including OSHA regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members Requirements Proven experience in warehouse management or supervision within a fast-paced logistics or e-commerce environment Valid forklift certification with mechanical knowledge for safe operation of heavy equipment Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse distribution, and materials handling processes Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively with excellent team management skills Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, and logistics software such as OSHAs standards for safety compliance Excellent communication skills to handle customer inquiries as part of CSR responsibilities while maintaining professionalism Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work flexible night shifts as required Join us if you're ready to lead with energy, improve processes continuously, and deliver outstanding service in a vibrant warehouse environment!
