Job Description
1st shift Forklift Operator Pay rate: $17.00/hr
Weekly Pay Hours:
8:30am - 5:00pmMONDAY-FRIDAY
Responsibilities Pick and package parts orders in the warehouse using various types of forklifts and material handling equipment. Operate sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, and scissor lifts safely and efficiently, or learn to operate each type as needed. Perform all phases of parts and stockroom duties with minimal supervision, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Pull parts orders utilizing an RF scanner and place stock in the correct locations. Process parts orders for the service department, ensuring the correct parts are pulled and delivered in a timely manner. Handle returns using an RF scanner and order management system, following established procedures. Perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse area to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including loading, unloading, and staging materials as needed. Use pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment to move inventory throughout the warehouse. Maintain accurate warehouse inventory through careful picking, packing, and stock placement. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bellefonte, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
