AM Training Required:
Must complete 1-2 weeks of paid training on 1st Shift (7:00 AM•3:30 PM) before transitioning to 2nd shift. Join Our Growing Team! Custom Filters Direct is a rapidly growing manufacturer of residential and commercial HVAC air filters. We're looking for a dependable Material Handler / Forklift Operator to support our warehouse and production operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, working as part of a team, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to keep operations running efficiently. What You'll Do Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility. Load and unload trucks. Stage materials for production and shipping. Supply production lines with materials to maintain efficient workflow. Receive, stock, and organize inventory. Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records. Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy. During periods when forklift work is slow, assist on the production floor with labeling, inventory and cycle counting, stocking materials, organizing work areas, packaging products, and other warehouse or production tasks as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines. Qualifications Previous sit-down forklift experience is required. Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred. Experience with inventory or cycle counting is a plus. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Reliable attendance and dependable transportation. Must be willing to assist with general warehouse and production duties when forklift work is unavailable. Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Schedule Training:
7:00 AM•3:30 PM (Monday-Friday) for approximately 1-2 weeks
Regular Schedule:
3:30 PM•12:00 AM (Monday-Friday) Overtime may be required based on production needs.
