3rd Shift Forklift Operator /Material Handler Shift:
3rd Shift (Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)Pay:
Competitive - Based on Experience Position Overview We are hiring a reliable Forklift Operator / Material Handler for a busy manufacturing and warehouse environment. This role is primarily focused on operating Crown stand-up and sit-down forklifts while supporting production with material movement, general labor, and warehouse tasks. This is a hands-on position ideal for candidates who are comfortable working overnight and in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities Operate Crown stand-up and sit-down forklifts to move materials throughout production and warehouse areas Transport aluminum, steel, and copper coils between storage, workstations, and shipping Perform picking, packing, loading, and general warehouse duties to support daily operations Feed sheet aluminum into forming machines and assist with production as needed Maintain equipment, remove scrap materials, and keep work areas clean and safe Qualifications Previous forklift experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment Ability to safely operate sit-down forklifts with inverted steering for extended periods Experience with battery-powered and propane-powered lift trucks Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and work in a hands-on production role Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures Additional Skills Experience working with metal products such as aluminum, steel, or copper Ability to work across multiple departments (production, warehouse, shipping/receiving) Mechanical awareness to identify and report equipment issues Team-oriented with flexibility to take on different tasks Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
