Forklift Operator

We are hiring immediately for 20 sit down forklift candidates, all shifts available! Virtual or in-person interviews available same day! Start classes for Monday 5/18 and Tuesday 5/26. Pay $21.00/hr. for all shifts with a $2.00/hr. shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

1st shift: 7AM to 3:30PM 2nd shift: 3Pm to 11:30PM 3rd shift: 11PM to 7:30PM Job Description We are seeking dedicated sit-down forklift operators for a position across all shifts. This role involves operating a forklift to move skids of finished products and stage them in the shipping area. The operator will collect products from the production area, perform inventory documentation, and ensure accurate and timely shipping. Additional responsibilities include RF scanning, loading and unloading box trucks or trailers, and using a shrink wrapper to complete the packaging process. Essential Skills Prior sit down or clamp truck forklift experience (at least 1 year experience). Attention to detail. Ability to stand for an entire shift. Reliability in attendance. Work Environment The work environment is loud, requiring hearing protection at all times. It can be warm to hot due to machinery emitting heat, and plastic may give off a slight odor. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Leola, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
