You will work closely with production and shipping teams to ensure products are collected, documented, scanned, and prepared for timely and accurate shipment. πŸ“¦ Key Responsibilities Operate a forklift safely to move skids of finished product from production to shipping/staging areas Collect product from production lines and transport it to locations for inspection, packaging, or shipping Perform basic inventory documentation to ensure accurate material and product tracking Use RF scanning equipment to scan, track, and verify products throughout the shipping process Stage products in the shipping area in an organized and accurate manner Assist with loading and unloading box trucks or box trailers Use a shrink wrapper to secure and prepare skids for transport Inspect product and packaging for visible defects and report concerns Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Support multiple stations involved in inspecting and packaging product Move between stations as needed to support production and shipping flow Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality 🧠 Required Skills Prior forklift operating experience in a production, warehouse, or shipping environment Ability to stand for the entire shift while handling materials and packaging products Strong attention to detail when staging, scanning, documenting, and packaging Reliability and consistent attendance to meet schedules Comfort using RF scanners or handheld devices Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Commitment to safety procedures and protocols βž• Additional Skills & Qualifications (Preferred) Experience in production, manufacturing, packing, inspecting, or general labor roles Familiarity with loading/unloading trucks or trailers Experience using shrink wrap or packaging equipment Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Willingness to rotate between multiple tasks and stations 🏭 Work Environment Manufacturing and shipping facility with a loud production environment ( hearing protection required ) Warm to hot temperatures due to machinery Possible slight plastic odor in the work area Frequent movement between inspection, packaging, and shipping stations On your feet for most of the shift Required PPE at all times: Hair net Ear plugs Safety glasses Fast-paced, safety-focused environment with frequent collaboration between teams πŸš€ Start Fast
