Recruiting Solutions is hiring Forklift Operators in West Columbia, SC for a premier company in the Midlands! We are seeking reliable candidates with warehouse/distribution center and forklift experience who are ready to join a fast-paced team environment.

PM Pay Rate :

$17/hour

Approximately 3-4 months with the potential to turn into a temp-to-hire position for the right candidate. Forklift Operator Benefits Temp to hire potential but not guaranteed Consistent daytime schedule Supportive warehouse team environment Weekly pay every Friday Benefits available including health, dental, and vision Forklift Operator Responsibilities Operate gas or propane sit down forklifts Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Replenish inventory and maintain organized warehouse locations Read and follow pick tickets and packaging instructions accurately Use RF scanners to track inventory and shipments when required Load and unload materials safely and efficiently Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed Complete daily forklift inspections and report maintenance needs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Work collaboratively with warehouse team members to meet productivity goals Forklift Operator Requirements High school diploma or GED required At least one year of stable work history in a warehouse or distribution center Sit down forklift experience using gas or propane forklifts required Stand up forklift experience preferred Pallet jack experience required RF scanner experience preferred Experience picking and packing parts Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures Reliable attendance and positive attitude
