Indoor warehouse environment Why This Job Stands Out Sign-on bonus paid out in your first year Pay increases once hired on (with raises during contract) Consistent schedule with built-in long weekends Overtime potential + night shift premium Stable, long-term opportunity with room to grow What You'll Be Doing Operate forklifts and clamp trucks to move and store finished product Place pallets accurately in assigned bay locations Use RF scanners to track and update inventory Verify product coming off the line meets quality standards Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized Step in to support teammates when needed (breaks, coverage, etc.) What We're Looking For 3+ years of recent forklift experience Clamp truck experience strongly preferred Comfortable using RF scanners or warehouse systems Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift Reliable and safety-focused Work Environment Indoor warehouse with active production and shipping areas 12-hour shifts — more days off built into your schedule Steel-toe boots required (reimbursement after hire-on) Who This is a Good Fit For Experienced forklift or clamp truck operators looking for steady hours + higher earning potential People who prefer fewer workdays with longer shifts Candidates who want a long-term role, not just a short-term job Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Mitchell, SD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
