Reach Truck Operator Location:
Chattanooga, TN Pay Rate:
$17.50•$19.00 per hour Schedule:
1st and 2nd Shifts Available The Warehouse Runs on You Every rack, every pallet, every product•you touch it, you place it, you move it right. As a Reach Truck Operator in Chattanooga, your reach truck skills keep the warehouse organized and the workflow steady. You're the reason freight gets where it needs to go. What Gets You on the Floor Minimum of 2 years of stand-up forklift experience required
Forklift certification required or ability to obtain certification
Experience with RF scanners, WMS systems, and inventory management processes preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Basic computer skills required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
Able to lift up to 50lbs Your Day-to-Day Operate stand-up forklifts and other powered industrial equipment to move, load, unload, and store products safely and efficiently
Pick, stage, and transport materials to support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations
Utilize RF scanners, WMS systems, and inventory software to track product movement and print labels
Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives
Follow FIFO procedures and proper product rotation practices
Complete daily forklift inspections and report equipment or safety concerns
Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready warehouse environment
Assist with quality, housekeeping, and continuous improvement initiatives
Follow all company safety policies and operational procedures
