Job Description
Job Summary MGM Industries is currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Forklift Operator. The prime function of this position is to provide support to the supply chain through collecting, loading, shipping and receiving warehouse products. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating technical equipment, while supporting other production functions to ensure optimal operation of the business. Key Job Responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Operate forklift or other hand truck
- Use wireless RF scanning equipment to ensure accuracy of inventory
- Adhere to quality and customer service standards set forth by the company
- Inspect and perform maintenance of forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Transport materials to and from the production line.
- Identify safety hazards in the workplace.
- Maintain good housekeeping of plant floor.
- Must be able to work overtime as business need dictates. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Must have the ability to work in a team environment and maintain regular attendance.
- Must be able to work overtime as business need dictates.
- Flexible, with strong teamwork orientation.
- Ability to work well under pressure. Work Environment
- Must be able to bend, lift, squat, twist, stand and move repetitively for 8-10 hours a day.
- Capable of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Work in various adverse conditions such as temperature to complete work assignments.
PPE Required:
Steel-toed shoes, Safety Glasses and Hearing Protection on manufacturing floor.- Noise level in this work environment is moderate.
- Must be able to work flexible hours at any time. Education and Certification Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior forklift experience preferred.

Pay:
$16 plus weekly bonus opportunity Education and Certification Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent.
