Job Description

Material Handler /
Forklift Operator Job Schedule:
2-2-3 Rotating Schedule (
Example:
Tues, Wed, Sat, Sun; then Mon, Thurs, Fri)
Day Shift:
7:00AM-7:00
PM Pay Rate:
Paid weekly (every Friday) $16.50/hr $250
Sign-on Bonus Job Description:
Responsible for operating forklifts and other heavy machinery to move products within the warehouse and loading/unloading trucks. Ensures orderly production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies where needed, and staging finished products for final distribution. Contributes to orderly operation of stock/materials storage area. Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages. Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying and supplies listed on production orders. Locates and packs materials for shipping. Prepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, loading, and securing product. Documents product shipment by recording units shipped. Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections. Keeps inventory, loading areas, and machinery clean. Learns and adheres to workplace safety regulations.
Requirements:
Pass background checks and drug screening Minimum 2 years of forklift experience Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 50lbs independently. Wear LACOSTA Shirt, steel-toed boots/shoes, long pants, and any other required PPE Remove all jewelry and accessories
