Warehouse / Forklift Operator with
Administrative Responsibilities Location:
6400 Corporate Park dr. Loudon, TN 37774
Employment Type:
Full-Time Shift type: 1st shift, 7am-3:30pm. We are seeking a dependable, motivated individual to join our team in a fast-paced, 100,000 sq ft warehouse environment. This role combines hands-on forklift operating, warehouse operations and administrative/inventory monitoring responsibilities. The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing physical work with computer-based tasks and can adapt quickly in a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts to load, unload, and move inventory safely and efficiently. Build and organize partial pallets to meet order requirements. Assist with data entry, reporting, and general administrative support using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools. Coordinate with drivers and logistics personnel to ensure timely loading/unloading. Keep warehouse clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
Qualifications:
Prior forklift experience (certification preferred). Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general computer skills (preferred). Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift. Solid organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask between warehouse duties and administrative tasks. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally.

Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems. Energetic and comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment. Self-starter who takes initiative and stays productive with minimal supervision. Level-headed and able to manage difficult personalities with professionalism.
