Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, Reach truck and Order picker. Duties Operate forklifts, reach trucks, Hi-Lo, pallet jacks, and Order Picker to load, unload, and transport materials safely within the warehouse. Perform order picking using barcode scanning systems and manual methods to fulfill shipping requirements accurately. Support shipping and receiving activities by preparing goods for dispatch or receipt, including load & unload procedures. Conduct basic equipment repairs or notify maintenance for mechanical issues to minimize downtime. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors on distribution tasks, ensuring timely order fulfillment and efficient warehouse flow. Requirements 1+ year experience operating forklift equipment such as Reach trucks and Order Picker. Familiarity with warehouse safety standards in production environments and OSHA regulations. Strong understanding of materials handling techniques including heavy lifting and manual handling. Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining safety standards.
