$18.00/hr. Job Description We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Order Builder to accurately pick, pack, and stack products for customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. In this role, you will safely and independently operate motorized and manual material handling equipment to prepare shipments for delivery. This is a physically demanding position that requires consistent movement, compile with productivity standards, and a strong commitment to safety and quality control. Responsible for accurately pulling, packing, and palletizing customer orders based on pick ticket. Securely wrap and stage completed pallets in designated warehouse zones. Maintain a steady pace to consistently hit required productivity benchmarks. Operate machinery like electric pallet jacks, walkie-riders, or manually lift and move product to restock and repack ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation.
Qualifications:
0 - 3 year of general work experience required. High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred). Ability to operate a manual / powered pallet jack or lift product. Good hand-eye coordination, depth perception, and fine motor skills for continuous lifting, twisting, and grasping of products. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay on your feet (standing/walking) for long periods. Steel-toes Boots/Shoes required.
