Job Description
SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION
The Forklift Operator supports production through material pre-staging, inventory support, and cross-functional assistance. This role ensures materials are accurate, available, and properly handled to support efficient production flow.Please Note:
In addition to these functions employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required. Your attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to safety will be essential in maintaining high-quality finished goods.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
□ Operate forklift and other powered industrial vehicles/equipment safely and efficiently. □ Load, unload, transport, and stage raw materials, finished goods, trailers, shipping containers, and route trucks. □ Move Materials manually or with equipment to designated storage, warehouse, or production areas as required. □ Stack, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory in accordance with company procedures. □ Prepare, receive, and ship materials while maintaining accurate inventory records using scanners or warehouse management systems. □ Conduct pre-shift forklift inspections and report maintenance, safety, or equipment issues promptly. □ Assist with inventory counts of bulk and packaged materials. □ Strap frac tanks, trailers, and railcars as required. □ Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and a safe, hazard-free work environment. □ Comply with OSHA regulations, company policies, and all applicable safety and regulatory requirements. □ Assist with general warehouse duties and perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor. □ Work additional hours or outside scheduled shifts as needed to meet operational demands and deadlines.OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support audits and additional assignments.
- Support cross-training efforts.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Inventory Coordinator.
