SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION

The Forklift Operator supports production through material pre-staging, inventory support, and cross-functional assistance. This role ensures materials are accurate, available, and properly handled to support efficient production flow.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

□ Operate forklift and other powered industrial vehicles/equipment safely and efficiently. □ Load, unload, transport, and stage raw materials, finished goods, trailers, shipping containers, and route trucks. □ Move Materials manually or with equipment to designated storage, warehouse, or production areas as required. □ Stack, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory in accordance with company procedures. □ Prepare, receive, and ship materials while maintaining accurate inventory records using scanners or warehouse management systems. □ Conduct pre-shift forklift inspections and report maintenance, safety, or equipment issues promptly. □ Assist with inventory counts of bulk and packaged materials. □ Strap frac tanks, trailers, and railcars as required. □ Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and a safe, hazard-free work environment. □ Comply with OSHA regulations, company policies, and all applicable safety and regulatory requirements. □ Assist with general warehouse duties and perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor. □ Work additional hours or outside scheduled shifts as needed to meet operational demands and deadlines.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support audits and additional assignments.
• Support cross-training efforts.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Inventory Coordinator.
