This role supports production efficiency, inventory accuracy, and workplace safety. Description Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, or reach trucks as applicable) to transport materials within the facility Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling and secure placement of goods Supply production lines with necessary materials and remove finished products Stack and store materials in designated areas following inventory procedures Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance issues Maintain accurate inventory records using scanners or warehouse systems Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies Assist with general warehouse and production tasks as needed Keep work areas clean and organized Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) 1+ year of forklift experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods Basic math and inventory tracking skills Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Work Environment Manufacturing facility with exposure to noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures May require working evenings, weekends, or overtime depending on production needs Skills & Competencies Safe equipment operation Time management and efficiency Team collaboration Problem-solving Reliability and accountability Salary $17 - $18.78 per hour
