In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient movement of goods, ensuring that inventory is placed correctly and orders are prepared for shipment with precision. Responsibilities:
Safely unload incoming shipments from trucks and move products to designated storage areas. Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment based on digital or paper pick sheets. Stack and organize products in the warehouse to maximize space and ensure easy access. Perform daily pre-operation inspections of the forklift (checking fluids, brakes, and hydraulics) and report any malfunctions. Adhere strictly to OSHA standards and internal safety protocols to prevent injury and damage to goods. Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and report any discrepancies or damaged materials to the supervisor.

5:00 PM - 5:00
AM Skills:
2+ years of experience operating various forklift types (e.g., Sit-down, Stand-up, Reach Truck, or Cherry Picker). Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or handheld RF scanners. Ability to identify and resolve logistical bottlenecks on the warehouse floor. Strong communication skills to coordinate with truck drivers, loaders, and warehouse managers.
Education:
High School Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA-compliant). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and spend long periods standing or sitting in a forklift. A proven track record of maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness for navigating tight aisles.
