Job Overview The Reach Truck Forklift Operator plays a key role in warehouse operations by handling pallets, loading and unloading trucks, operating reach trucks safely, and supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory processes. This is a full-time warehouse position with immediate openings for dependable and detail-oriented workers.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a reach truck forklift to move, stack, and organize products within the warehouse Take ownership of your Duty to Communicate all required and relevant information to team members, supervisors, and customers Assist with shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment tasks Operate RF scanners to track and manage inventory accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting Support daily production and logistics needs by moving materials and staging shipments Work overtime as required to meet warehouse deadlines

Skills & Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED preferred 1+ years of warehouse experience required Forklift certification with at least 1 year of experience operating reach trucks Experience using RF scanners for shipping and inventory management Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions in the warehouse Dependable, safety-focused, and motivated team player

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hours per day Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures Ability to bend, push, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift Must be able to safely operate a reach truck forklift on a daily basis Why Join Us?
