Ability to read work instructions, safety procedures, and inventory documentation

Basic math skills for counting, inventory tracking, and order verification Experience Requirements Previous experience operating a reach truck, sit-down forklift, or both

Experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment

Ability to pass onsite forklift certification or recertification requirements

Familiarity with inventory movement, material handling, and product staging Preferred Qualifications Experience using RF scanners, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and inventory tracking software

Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety, accuracy, and productivity

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and warehouse best practices Physical Capabilities Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds with assistance when required

Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift

Ability to operate powered industrial equipment for extended periods

Comfortable working at elevated heights while operating a reach truck

Ability to work in hot, cold, or non-climate-controlled warehouse conditions Job Duties Operate reach trucks and sit-down forklifts to transport materials safely throughout the facility

Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products for shipping and storage

Put away and retrieve inventory from warehouse racks, including high-level storage locations

Perform inventory replenishment, stock transfers, and material movement tasks

Use RF scanners and WMS systems to accurately track inventory and locations

Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns

Maintain a clean, organized workspace while following 5S, OSHA, and company safety standards
