Job Description

ABM is looking for a highly skilled and safety‑focused Forklift Operator to support daily material movement across our launch, production, and testing facilities. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring hardware, components, and flight-critical materials are transported efficiently and accurately to support mission timelines. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast‑paced, high‑accountability environment.
Shift:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 4pm-8pm and Saturday 8am-12pm

$20 an hour

High school diploma or GED. 1 year of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities. Safely operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment to move, load, and unload materials, components, and hardware. Transport flight hardware, tooling, and sensitive equipment between production areas, warehouses, and test stands. Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical or safety issues. Maintain accurate inventory movement records using (barcode scanners, ERP software, etc.). Support receiving, stocking, staging, and kitting of materials for production teams. Follow strict safety protocols and handling procedures for hazardous materials when required. Assist with general warehouse duties, including organization, labeling, and maintaining clean work areas. Communicate effectively with engineers, technicians, and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow.
