Warehouse Stacker

Overview Advance is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stacker to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the efficient handling and organization of materials, ensuring that products are stacked and stored safely for distribution. This position requires a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork. Duties Load and unload products from trucks and containers, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies as needed. Follow all company policies regarding materials handling and equipment operation. Experience Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus. Experience using RF scanners for inventory tracking is beneficial. Strong understanding of shipping and receiving processes, including load/unload procedures. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
