Temp RPM Staffing is recruiting for a reliable and safety-focused Stand-Up/Sit-Down Forklift Operator!Pay:
$18.00/HR This role is responsible for safely moving, loading, unloading, and staging materials while maintaining accuracy and productivity in daily warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities- Operate Raymond stand-up forklifts (reach trucks/order pickers) to move materials throughout the warehouse
- Load and unload trucks while ensuring product accuracy and preventing damage
- Pick, stage, and transport orders to designated warehouse locations
- Perform routine equipment safety inspections and report any issues
- Maintain accurate inventory movement using RF scanners or warehouse systems
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company warehouse procedures
- Assist with general warehouse duties including palletizing, shrink wrapping, and organizing inventory
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Qualifications
- Experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment preferred
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
