Responsibilities Certified Forklift Operators will assist with the shipping & receiving and production process by verifying shipments against documentation and maintaining proper documentation processes and procedures, load and unload materials by operating lift truck forklifts in accordance with OSHA safety standards and Patrick Industries Safety Policies. General Labor and Production Team Members will assist with material handling, assisting with the production process, prepping and packing orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy, quality, safety and timeliness. Machine Operators understand the importance of the production schedule and following the cleaning process, standards and procedures for their equipment while maintaining quality products to ensure safety and compliance with OSHA safety standards in production and Patrick's Safety Policies. Skilled Industrial and Production Maintenance Technicians will provide in the moment and on the spot equipment and machine repair to maintain optimal operation and reduce production delays and downtime while keeping a safety first culture and a team player mindset. The Maintenance Technician will conduct routine maintenance and equipment repairs on facility and manufacturing equipment as well as coordinate any 3rd party repair services for equipment or facilities maintenance needs. Experience All Forklift Operators must pass an on site forklift test in order to maintain Forklift Certification. Current Forklift Certification is highly preferred and at least 2 years of verifiable lift truck operating experience in a manufacturing, production or warehouse setting. Previous roles involving order picking, loading & unloading or shipping & receiving are beneficial. General Labor positions are entry level and will receive on the job training, however, experience in a manufacturing environment, production or warehouse distribution is a plus. Production Team Members play a vital role to the organization's success, our customer's satisfaction and the supporting role of completing our daily schedule as well as maintaining shipping deadlines. Production team members should embrace a culture of teamwork, better together, and safety first. Punctuality and good attendance are required. Machine Operators should be able to multi-task by paying attention to the equipment, the product and their team. They should be able to pay attention to detail to maintain the quality of their product. Machine operators will need to manage the flow of their production line in order to follow their daily schedule. Strong manual handling skills combined with basic math proficiency for accurate inventory counts and measurements are necessary. The Machine Operator should be safety conscious and understand the importance of safety standards including OSHA regulations related to heavy equipment operation and material handling. A successful Machine Operator is dependable, flexible, and a team player that is able to communicate effectively with team members and members of leadership. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for repairing large scale industrial manufacturing equipment and machinery including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and PLC systems to ensure they are working properly and consistent with health and safety standards. The Maintenance Technician should be very knowledgeable with safety standards including OSHA regulations related to handling and repairing manufacturing equipment. The Maintenance Technician role will encompass a hands on approach and be responsible for ensuring the operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing routine preventative maintenance, corrective repairs, and emergent maintenance and troubleshoot issues as they arise on our CNC, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment all while driving and maintaining a preventive maintenance program and a Safety First Culture.
