$19.00/hr Job Summary As a Sit Down Electric Forklift Operator in this role, you'll be responsible for safely operating forklifts to move, stack, and count merchandise within our Wilmer, TX facility. You'll ensure efficient warehouse operations while maintaining safety, accuracy, and productivity. Key Responsibilities Operate sit down electric forklift safely/effectively following the customers protocols Perform daily equipment inspections and log results Load/unload inbound and outbound shipments, move products to designated storage Stack and store merchandise using forklift, clamp, or push-pull equipment Pick orders accurately/timely, prepare outbound shipments Verify product quantity/type during loading/shipping Rotate inventory per company standards, assist with cycle/physical inventory counts Report inventory discrepancies and safety concerns promptly Use RF scanners for inventory tracking Complete basic computer/Excel tasks for reporting Support warehouse team with additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills Required:

High School Diploma/GED preferred Minimum 6 months forklift operation or warehouse equipment experience Must pass forklift certification Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic math and customer service skills Ability to work extended hours (up to 10-12 hours per shift) Able to lift/pull between 10-50 lbs.
