As a Warehouse Driver, you play a critical role in keeping our branches running smoothly by safely transporting products between locations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting daily warehouse operations. This position offers a variety of responsibilities, allowing you to stay active throughout the day while making a direct impact on our customers and team. Responsibilities Safely operate a company-owned 26-foot box truck to transport parts and products between branch locations. Ensure deliveries are accurate, complete, and delivered in a timely manner. Provide outstanding customer service during all deliveries and branch interactions. Verify outgoing shipments and transfers for accuracy before departure. Receive, stock, organize, and distribute incoming inventory. Assist with warehouse transfers, returns, and order fulfillment. Load and unload products safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements. Assist with additional warehouse and operational duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Experience operating a box truck, delivery truck, or similar commercial vehicle (CDL not required). Strong work ethic and dependability. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team. Basic computer skills. High school diploma or GED. Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and DOT exam. Physical Demands and Working Conditions Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 pounds on a regular basis. Ability to move up to 300 pounds using hand trucks, barrel dollies, hydraulic lifts, and other mechanical aids. Frequent bending, lifting, twisting, squatting, climbing, reaching, pushing, pulling, standing, and walking. Ability to work in both warehouse and outdoor environments throughout the year.
