This isn't your typical high-volume, revolving-door warehouse. This is a role for an independent professional who takes pride in their "hands-on"expertise and can manage their workflow without constant supervision. What's in it for you?
Consistent Hours:
Standard 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM shift.
Guaranteed Overtime:
Average of 45 hours per week (5 hours of overtime per week.

Conveniently located on the Southside of Richmond. Key Responsibilities Expertly operate a Roll-Clamp forklift to move, stack, and stage large paper/cylindrical rolls with zero damage. Utilize a Sit-Down forklift for standard palletized freight and loading/unloading. Manage inventory flow independently, ensuring the right materials reach the line at the right time. Maintain a high standard of safety and equipment care in a focused workspace. Required Experience & Skills The "Must-Haves": At least 5 years of experience operating Sit-Down forklifts. Roll clamp experience is preferred but not required.
Experience:
Ideally 5+ years of equipment operation.
Independence:
Proven ability to work without a micromanager; you know the job, and you get it done.
Reliability:
Since this is a small team, showing up on time every day is critical to the operation. #IND16
