Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Electric Pallet Jack Operator to join our team in Ruther Glen, Virginia. This individual will be responsible for safely operating an electric pallet jack to move, stage, and transport products throughout the warehouse while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced distribution environment. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $16/hour Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Full time schedule Located in Ruther Glen, VA Duties and Responsibilities Safely operate an electric pallet jack to transport materials throughout the warehouse Pick, stage, and move products to designated locations Load and unload materials as needed Organize inventory and maintain accurate product placement Follow order picking instructions and production schedules Inspect equipment prior to operation and report any issues Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures Support additional warehouse duties as assigned Requirements and Qualifications Previous electric pallet jack experience preferred Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Reliable attendance and transportation required Strong commitment to workplace safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team — (Salary range based on experience) —
