$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and experienced Forklift Operator to support shipping and receiving operations in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. This role involves operating a sit‑down forklift, handling incoming and outgoing freight, and ensuring accurate inventory movement using RF scanning technology. Key Responsibilities Operate a sit‑down forklift with a two‑prong swivel stick Set up containers in receiving at the start of each shift Verify, scan, and put away incoming freight using RF scanners Unload palletized freight as needed Pick orders for customer pickup Maintain accurate inventory through proper scanning and documentation Assist with general warehouse duties and additional tasks as needed Qualifications Fully trained and experienced in sit‑down forklift operation Proficient using RF scan guns Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience Ability to follow directions and work with minimal supervision Flexible, consistent, and dependable work ethic Willingness to work overtime as needed What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual attendance Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to stay productive in a fast‑paced environment Team‑oriented attitude with a willingness to help where needed #IND25
