JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Safely operate sit-down and stand-up/Reach Truck forklifts to move, load, and unload materials throughout the facility. Transport pallets, raw materials, and finished goods to designated production and storage areas. Use RF scanners to track inventory movement, verify product information, and ensure accurate order fulfillment. Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors. Assist with staging outbound shipments, organizing inbound materials, and maintaining clear workflow lanes. Build and break down pallets as needed, ensuring loads are stable and secure for transport. Support production teams by delivering materials and removing completed product in a timely manner. Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and OSHA guidelines during forklift operation. Participate in general warehouse duties such as labeling, sorting, restocking, and housekeeping to maintain a clean, efficient workspace. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production and shipping targets.

REQUIREMENT SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
