Job Description

Badger State Staffing is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for a full-time position with a fulfillment center based in Appleton. The ideal candidate will have at least one year or recent forklift and RF scanner experience. This position offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team committed to safety, quality, and operational excellence. Responsibilities Perform order picking using RF scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure accurate fulfillment Load and unload shipments utilizing pallet jacks and forklifts while adhering to safety protocols Manage shipping and receiving processes, including verifying shipments and preparing items for dispatch Handle materials safely and efficiently, including heavy lifting and proper use of mechanical tools Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency Assist in inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and cycle counting Support warehouse supervision in daily operations and process improvements
Schedule:
Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Experience Prior experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or materials handling preferred Familiarity with warehouse equipment operation including forklifts and pallet jacks Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to warehouse operations Previous roles as an order picker or warehouse supervisor experience are beneficial for understanding workflow dynamics Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently for extended periods
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
