Location:
Caledonia, Wisconsin CoWorx is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations through the safe and efficient use of Powered Industrial Equipment in the Caledonia, WI area. The Forklift Operator will be responsible for loading, unloading, moving, and stacking materials to meet shipping, receiving, and production needs. This role plays an essential part in maintaining workflow accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction.Shifts Available:
1ST Shift:
Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm 2ndShift:
Monday - Friday 3pm-11:30pm 3rdShift:
Monday-Friday 11pm-7:30amResponsibilities:
Safely operate Powered Industrial Equipment including reach trucks, slip-sheet attachments, push/pull equipment, and drive-in pallet racking systems. Load, unload, transport, and store materials and products. Stack and organize pallets in designated warehouse locations. Use scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and print labels. Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate inventory records. Follow product rotation procedures (FIFO). Perform cycle counts as assigned. Conduct daily forklift safety inspections using the approved checklist. Keep the warehouse inspection-ready for SQFI, FDA, and customer audits. Report any safety concerns, incidents, or equipment issues to supervisors. Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment. Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.Desired Background/Skills:
At least 6 months experience operating a counter balance and reach truck. Consistent and relevant work history experience. Little to no employment gaps. Minimum 2 years of forklift operating experience required. Must pass a background check and drug screen. Basic computer skills (scanning, label printing, inventory systems). Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Other Information:
