Job Description

Tired of looking for a new job every few months since it seems like everything now a days is temporary or seasonal? Well look no further because I have the ideal warehouse position for YOU! We're actively seeking 2-3 hard working Forklift Operators for our Kenosha facility and we want you to come work for us! Below are a few requirements we're looking for these individuals to have and a few additional skills that are a plus BUT not required as well.
Shift schedule:
Currently running a swing shift. Our Shifts schedules are
DAYS:
6:00am to 6:00pm and our
NIGHTS:
6:00pm to 6:00am 3 days on, 3 days off, then 2 days on, 2 days off, every other weekend you get off. (Schedule would be provided by the supervisor as to what crew you'd be on)
  • We are currently hiring for both DAY and NIGHT shift on a first come first served basis
  • Pay rate:
  • Starting at $18.

Duties:
  • Operate a forklift to move materials within a warehouse or distribution center
  • Load and unload trucks and containers using a forklift
  • Stack and organize products in designated areas
  • Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate records of materials handled
  • Inspect and maintain the forklift equipment to ensure proper functioning
  • Follow safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Requirements:
  • Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or distribution center setting
  • Valid forklift operator certification or license (Is a plus but not required)
  • Ability to operate a double fork or side by side (Drexel)
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems and procedures
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
  • Experience operating different types of forklifts such as hi-lo, reach truck, or lift truck is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of equipment repair and maintenance is a plus
