This position is a 3pm start time Monday-Friday. No weekends!! In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling materials and ensuring the safe and accurate movement of goods. Your expertise will help maintain a smooth distribution processes loading and unloading trailers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where safety, precision, and teamwork are paramount. Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within our facility. Conduct routine equipment inspections and minor repairs to ensure machinery remains in optimal working condition. Other various tasks Skills Experience operating forklifts a plus, but willing to train the right person. Experience in the freight industry would be beneficial Excellent physical strength with the ability to lift heavy loads at times when needed. Basic math skills for counting quantities and verifying shipment details accurately. Forklift experience with a focus on materials handling, and truck loading.
