Pay:
$20.50/hour based on experience Night shift premium: Additional $1.50/hour (if working nights)
Bonus:
$4,000 referral bonus
Schedule:
12-hour shifts (6 AM - 6 PM or 6 PM - 6 AM) Fixed 4-3 rotation: Sunday-Tuesday and every other Saturday or Wednesday-Friday and every other Saturday Amcor is hiring Material Handlers to support shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and production flow at our Madison manufacturing facility. What You'll Do Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment Load and unload trailers Receive, identify, and move materials Maintain accurate inventory counts Wrap pallets and move finished goods / work-in-process materials Remove scrap and keep plant dumpsters emptied Keep warehouse and production areas clean and organized Follow safety, GMP, ISO, PPE, and quality procedures Support production needs across the plant Must Have Prior forklift experience Ability to work 12-hour shifts Ability to load/unload trailers and move materials safely Basic computer skills for schedules, email, data entry, and inventory systems Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping Safety-first mindset and reliable attendance What We're Looking For Manufacturing, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills Positive attitude and accountability Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Benefits Medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, disability, and life insurance starting day one 401(k) dollar-for-dollar match up to 8% Paid time off and paid holidays Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities Join Amcor and help keep our Madison manufacturing operation moving safely, accurately, and efficiently.
