Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Forklift Operator in Menomonie!

Schedule:

Friday-Sunday | 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM This is a great opportunity for someone with strong warehouse and forklift experience who is looking to grow into a leadership-focused role while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Move product throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently Load and unload trucks using a forklift Fill paint lines with parts and materials Pull, organize, and prepare orders for shipment Use scanners and read pick sheets accurately Create labels and bundle materials for customers Follow all warehouse processes, safety procedures, and supervisor direction Step in and take lead when needed while supporting the supervisor Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of forklift experience required Previous warehouse experience preferred Strong leadership attitude and willingness to take initiative Ability to read and write accurately Detail-oriented with the ability to follow processes and directions closely Strong work ethic, reliability, and consistent attendance required Reliable transportation required Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy and efficiency Comfortable standing, walking, and working in a fast-paced environment throughout the shift if you are dependable, motivated, hardworking, and ready to join a strong team in a fast-paced warehouse environment!

Pay:

$19.00 per hour
