Masis Staffing is is seeking a 1st shift Forklfit Operator in Plover, WI 54467. The Sit-Down Electric Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating electric-powered sit-down forklifts to move, load, unload, and store materials within a warehouse or manufacturing environment. This role supports production, shipping, and receiving operations while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards. 1st shift 6am - 3pm Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays. Pay is $18-$19 an hr Key Responsibilities Operate sit-down electric forklifts to transport materials, pallets, and finished goods Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers safely and efficiently Move materials to designated storage or production areas Pick, stage, and prepare orders according to work orders or pick lists Perform daily forklift inspections and report mechanical issues Maintain accurate inventory movement using RF scanners or paperwork Follow all OSHA, safety, and company operating procedures Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Assist with general warehouse or production tasks as needed Required Qualifications Previous sit-down electric forklift experience Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to safety and detail Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Warehouse or manufacturing experience Shipping and receiving experience RF scanner or inventory system experience Experience working in fast-paced environments Work Environment Indoor manufacturing setting (cold environment) Standing, sitting, bending, and lifting throughout the shift Exposure to machinery, forklifts, and moving equipment #
