Full Job Description Position Overview:
Wisconsin Brewing Company LLC is currently seeking a skilled 2nd Shift Forklift Operator to join our team. The candidate will play an important role in assisting with warehouse operations by safely operating a forklift to move materials within our brewery facility.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate a forklift to transport materials throughout the brewery facility. Assist with loading and unloading trucks, pallets, and other containers. Maintain organized inventory in designated storage areas. Support general warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors. Strictly adhere to safety protocols and procedures to mitigate risks. Conduct routine maintenance checks on forklift equipment and report any issues promptly.
Knowledge and Skills:
Prior experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse or industrial setting. Familiarity with forklift operation and safety best practices. Capacity to lift heavy objects and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Effective communication skills and a cooperative team-oriented attitude. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Possession of a valid forklift certification/license is required. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Training:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
