This role is ideal for an experienced fund development professional who is passionate about building donor relationships, increasing community support, and helping advance a meaningful mission. The Fundraising Manager will manage a large donor portfolio, lead fundraising campaigns, secure sponsorships, and represent the organization within the community. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a donor portfolio of approximately 500 contacts with annual fundraising goals of around $1 million. Solicit donations from individuals, corporations, and foundations through meetings, presentations, campaigns, and relationship-building efforts. Prepare funding proposals, track donor activity in CRM systems, and provide regular reporting on fundraising progress and outcomes. Plan and execute donor recognition events, fundraising campaigns, sponsorship initiatives, and community engagement activities. Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations, businesses, and key stakeholders to expand organizational reach. Represent the organization through community presentations, donor meetings, and media interviews as needed. Compensation and Benefits Direct hire, full-time opportunity.
Compensation:
$70,304 to $87,490 per year, depending on experience.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends for events. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, sick leave, and a 403b plan Interviews are conducted in person.
