Adriana's is seeking a Director of Development for Adriana's Nonprofit•Growing Together. This person will be responsible for leading all fundraising strategy, donor relations, and revenue growth initiatives for Adriana's Growing Together. This role will drive financial sustainability by securing major gifts, corporate partnerships, grants, and long-term funding streams. Key Responsibilities Design and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with organizational growth goals Secure major gifts, including five•and six-figure donations from individuals, corporations, and foundations Cultivate, solicit, and steward high-net-worth donors and corporate partners Lead major donor campaigns, sponsorship packages, and fundraising events (galas, golf tournaments, program showcases) Oversee grant strategy, including identifying, writing, and managing government and foundation grants Develop donor pipelines and maintain CRM systems for tracking relationships and contributions Partner with the Executive Director and Board to activate board-level fundraising engagement Create compelling donor materials including pitch decks, impact reports, and sponsorship proposals Ensure long-term donor stewardship through reporting, recognition, and engagement strategies Forecast revenue targets and track fundraising performance metrics Qualification and Skills Minimum 5+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising or development leadership Proven track record of securing large major gifts, including six-figure donations Experience managing high-level donor relationships and corporate sponsorships Strong understanding of grant funding processes and foundation partnerships Demonstrated ability to build and execute strategic fundraising campaigns Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Experience working with executive leadership and boards on fundraising strategy Highly organized with strong CRM and data tracking experience Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred Passion for advancing Latino economic mobility and youth empowerment Bilingual in both
English and Spanish Pay :
Starting $70,304
