At YMCA of the Rockies, we're looking for an Annual & Program Giving Manager who's ready to inspire generosity, deepen connections, and help fuel life-changing experiences for over 225,000 guests each year. You'll play a key role in advancing that mission by leading annual giving efforts, strengthening donor relationships, and growing a culture of philanthropy across the entire organization. What You'll Do Lead and grow a dynamic annual fund and program giving strategy Build meaningful relationships with donors across Colorado and beyond Partner with leadership and Board members to elevate philanthropic engagement Design donor journeys that inspire continued and increased giving Plan and execute memorable events—from donor dinners to appreciation gatherings Launch and grow staff giving and alumni engagement programs Steward special giving opportunities like memorials, named spaces, and legacy gifts Help foster a culture where every staff member sees their role in the mission What You Bring 5+ years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or program leadership A strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills Experience with donor databases (Raiser's Edge or similar is a plus) A genuine passion for mission-driven work and community impact Who You Are You're a connector.
