Compensation:
$60,000
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of grant writing to secure funding for our educational initiatives. Develop and implement strategic fundraising plans to support our mission and growth. Coordinate and oversee marketing efforts to enhance our school's visibility and community engagement. Plan and execute events that align with our values and foster community involvement. Collaborate with team members to identify new opportunities for partnerships and sponsorships. Maintain and nurture relationships with donors, ensuring consistent communication and appreciation. Analyze and report on fundraising performance, using insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
Qualifications:
Experience in grant writing and securing funding for educational initiatives. Ability to develop and implement strategic fundraising plans that align with organizational goals. Proven track record of coordinating and overseeing marketing efforts to enhance visibility and community engagement. Experience in planning and executing events that foster community involvement and align with organizational values. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to identify new partnership and sponsorship opportunities. Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on maintaining and nurturing donor relationships. Experience in analyzing and reporting on fundraising performance to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
