Job Description

Moss & Manor is growing, and we're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as an Entry Level Fundraising Associate . We partner with nonprofit organizations to help expand their reach, strengthen community relationships, and increase support through face-to-face fundraising campaigns. In this role, you'll become the voice of our nonprofit partners by engaging with the public, sharing their mission, and inspiring individuals to support important causes. Whether you're beginning your career or looking for an opportunity to develop new professional skills, we'll provide the guidance, hands-on experience, and support you need to succeed.
What You'll Do:
Build meaningful relationships with community members through professional, one-on-one conversations. Represent nonprofit organizations at fundraising campaigns, community events, and promotional outreach locations. Explain nonprofit missions, current initiatives, and the impact donor support has within the community. Encourage individuals to become long-term supporters through ethical and engaging fundraising conversations. Track campaign activity and contribute to individual and team fundraising goals. Collaborate with leadership and teammates to ensure successful daily campaign execution. Continue developing your communication, fundraising, and leadership skills through ongoing coaching and professional development.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with new people. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic. Willingness to learn and accept coaching. Dependable, professional, and goal-oriented. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Must be at least 18 years old. Reliable transportation is preferred.
