In this vital role, you will craft innovative strategies to engage donors, manage key partnerships, and elevate our organization's mission through impactful campaigns and initiatives. Your leadership will drive revenue growth, expand our community presence, and foster meaningful connections that support our long-term goals. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about making a difference through strategic philanthropy and comprehensive outreach. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies aligned with organizational goals to maximize revenue streams from individual donors, corporations, foundations, and government grants Oversee the planning and execution of high-profile events, ensuring seamless management from concept to post-event follow-up Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with donors, volunteers, community partners, and stakeholders through regular communication and engagement activities Manage digital marketing campaigns utilizing platforms such as Constant Contact, Mailchimp, and social media channels to boost visibility and donor engagement Write compelling grant proposals and reports to secure funding from various sources, including federal agencies, foundations, and corporate sponsors Maintain accurate data collection within CRM systems such as Salesforce and Raiser's Edge to track donor activity, campaign performance, and prospect research Coordinate estate planning initiatives and work with legal professionals on wills, trusts, and estate law to facilitate planned giving programs Lead volunteer management efforts by recruiting, training, and recognizing volunteers who support fundraising events and outreach programs Prepare budgets for fundraising activities while monitoring expenses to ensure financial efficiency in all projects Requirements Proven experience in nonprofit management or development leadership with a focus on fundraising strategies Strong background in event planning, including managing large-scale fundraising events from start to finish Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or Raiser's Edge; experience with Mailchimp or Constant Contact for email marketing campaigns Excellent negotiation skills for securing sponsorships, partnerships, and grants Knowledge of digital marketing tools including WordPress, social media management platforms, and email marketing platforms Ability to conduct research on prospective donors and funding opportunities effectively Familiarity with budgeting processes related to fundraising activities and events management Experience in proposal writing for grants or sponsorships with clear articulation of organizational needs and impact Understanding of nonprofit operations including volunteer management, public relations, marketing strategies, and estate planning laws Join us in this impactful role where your strategic vision will inspire growth and deepen community connections!
