Assists in the planning, execution, follow-up, and reporting for council development activities. Assists in coordinating timelines, volunteer committee support and revenue reporting. Maintains and helps implement the council's donor stewardship plan and ensures accurate, timely, and consistent donor, prospect, gift, pledge, and activity records in the CRM. Works closely with development staff, volunteers, donors, and council leadership to support fundraising growth, donor retention, and a positive donor experience. Manage the full lifecycle of development activities to achieve a revenue goal determined annually from initial planning through post-activity follow-up, revenue reporting, donor stewardship, all while recruiting, managing, and utilizing volunteer committees. Maintain event timelines, work plans, sponsorship tracking tools, guest lists, seating plans, invitation lists, printed materials, recognition pieces, program details, vendor coordination, and day-of event logistics. Support volunteer fundraising committees by preparing meeting materials, tracking assignments, maintaining prospect lists, coordinating communications, and helping staff and volunteers meet event revenue goals. Coordinate implementation of the development stewardship plan, including gift acknowledgments, donor recognition, sponsor benefit fulfillment, impact communications, and other donor engagement activities. Maintain accurate and current CRM records for donors, prospects, volunteers, sponsors, event attendees, activities, notes, and stewardship actions. Generate reports, mailing lists, donor lists, event updates, and other development materials needed to support fundraising strategy, staff accountability, volunteer engagement, and donor follow-up. Work collaboratively with development staff, district staff, finance, marketing, administrative staff, volunteers, donors, and vendors to ensure development activities are organized, accurate, and mission-focused. Provide a professional and positive donor experience by ensuring timely communication, accurate records, strong event execution, and consistent follow-through. Regular and predictable attendance is a requirement of this position. Other job-related duties as assigned. Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university At least 3 years of experience in philanthropy, stewardship, annual fund development, major giving, marketing, sales, or relationship management Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite and online applications) One of the most comprehensive, top-tier benefits packages in the non-profit sector.
