Job Description

An opportunity to join our nonprofit and make an impact! The Director of Development leads the execution of KETCH s fundraising strategy, with a primary focus on revenue generation, donor engagement, and sponsorship development. Responsible for building relationships and managing the donor pipeline, fundraising campaigns, developing volunteer support, and researching & grant writing. The Director gets to translate strategy into action - ensuring that fundraising efforts are coordinated, effective, and results-driven. M-F 8-4:30 - may also require evening and weekend hours. Director of Development :
Five years of prior successful experience in raising funds for nonprofit organizations Bachelors degree in marketing, journalism, communications, development or related degree Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong presentation and public speaking skills Valid driver s license and good driving record Must be able to lift 50 lbs or ¼ of own body weight, whichever is less
