HIAS seeks a strategic and relationship-driven Mid-Level Giving Manager to lead cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship efforts for donors contributing $1,000-$24,999 annually. This role sits at a critical inflection point in the donor journey—serving as both a steward of loyal supporters and a builder of the pipeline that feeds major gifts. The Mid-Level Giving Manager will manage a dynamic portfolio of donors and prospects, drive revenue growth, and play a central role in shaping the strategy, systems, and culture of a growing mid-level program. The ideal candidate brings strong frontline fundraising instincts, comfort with data and segmentation strategy, and a desire to build something meaningful within a collaborative and mission-driven development team. Note, this position is based at our headquarters in Silver Spring, Maryland or our office in New York, New York, and we will consider a remote option for applicants who live outside of commuting distance to either of our offices and are based in other states in which we are registered (California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia).
