Position Summary:
Culver-Stockton College is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Director of Development to join ourexceptional Advancement team. This role is designed for a professional who loves turning meaningful connections into institutional impact. In this role, you will champion our ongoing philanthropic needs by managing a robust donor portfolio from qualification throughstewardship—securing the leadership, major, and planned gifts that sustain the College's future. Best of all, you will join us at a pivotalmoment: the exciting leadership phase of a comprehensive capital campaign, giving you a front-row seat to shape the next era of our campuscommunity.
Qualified candidates will have:
a minimum of 5 years in fundraising, development, sales, public relations, or highereducation. C apital campaign experience preferred; bachelor's degree is required; exceptional communication, relationship-building,and time-management skills; highly proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and comfortable navigating donor databases (experience withJenzabar a plus) ; willingness to travel frequently (including overnights) and work evening and weekends.
