Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Engagement Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with community partners and stakeholders, driving fundraising event, development, and enhancing our outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fundraising, project management, and relationship building, along with excellent communication skills to guide our initiatives effectively. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage fundraising events from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop and implement engagement strategies to strengthen community partnerships. Oversee program development initiatives that address community needs and promote awareness surrounding epilepsy. Utilize social media management skills to enhance visibility and engagement across platforms. Conduct data collection and analysis to assess program effectiveness and inform decision-making. Lead fundraising efforts by identifying potential donors and organizing fundraising events. Recruit and train volunteers or team members to support various initiatives. Collaborate with local organizations and businesses to promote shared goals.. Skills Fundraising skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Fundraising skills that demonstrate an ability to secure resources for programs. Experience in developing relationships with organizations to meet community needs. Proficient in social media management strategies for outreach and engagement. Knowledge of market trends relevant to fundraising events. Excellent data collection and analytical skills for evaluating program success. Ability to work within a team with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to successfully execute desired goals.. Experience in recruiting volunteers or staff for various projects.
